QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Communication, Tourism or Hospitality Management departments of universities,
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry,
• Advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is a plus),
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills,
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a keen eye for detail,
• A passion for providing excellent guest service and creating memorable experiences,
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,
• Living or able to live in Fethiye.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and smooth workflow,
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience to our guests,
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism and a focus on exceeding expectations,
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and quality,
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless coordination,
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive, solution-oriented attitude,
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant.
