What we’re looking for:

• Good spoken and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Clear phone and verbal communication skills, with good listening abilities.
• A focus on keeping customers happy and solving their problems.
• Prone to teamwork.

What you will do:

• Talk to customers on the phone and follow up on their requests.
• Answer customer emails in a polite and professional way.
• Understand what customers need and make sure their issues are solved.
• Suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer feedback quickly and effectively.
• Work towards achieving goals and meeting performance targets.
