Key Responsibilities:

• Fluent communication in English (additional languages preferred).
• Coordinate with international patients before, during, and after their medical procedures.
• Track patients' surgery processes, providing regular updates and follow-ups.
• Manage hospital and clinic operations and ensure seamless patient care.
• Organize patient transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital.
• Ensure patient satisfaction by providing compassionate support throughout their medical journey.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in patient coordination, ideally within dental or medical clinics.
• Fluent in English (an additional language is a plus).
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
• B-class driver's license and ability to drive.
• Ability to work year-round and adapt to flexible working hours.
