We are seeking dynamic Patient Coordinators to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients within the clinic, guiding them through their treatment journey and ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our clinic and ensuring patient satisfaction. DCT Klinik is located in Antalya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Management and Clinic Operations Team Leader.
• Engage with patients face-to-face, addressing their needs and questions about treatment options.
• Manage communication channels in the Reception area, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient queries within the clinic.
• Welcome patients and assist them through every phase of their treatment, ensuring all inquiries are answered meticulously.
• Proactively report any setbacks regarding patient treatment to the Clinic Operations Team Leader.
• Facilitate clear communication between patients, clinic personnel, and the Contact Centre.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork related to treatment and patients is properly filled out and completed on time.
• Enhance the patient experience during the waiting period by attending to their needs, including offering and serving refreshments, opening doors, and assisting handicapped patients.
• Coordinate scheduled patient appointments and transfers, managing the clinic diary efficiently.
• Follow up with patients’ post-appointment to gather feedback and address any additional needs.
• Convey decisions made by Management to clinic personnel, ensuring they are applied and followed.
• Prepare reports as requested by Management.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
• Maintain treatment rooms to the required standards, reporting any issues to the Clinic Operations Team Leader.
• Demonstrate a high degree of emotional management, especially in stressful situations.
• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience during the waiting period by attending all needs of the patients including offering and serving refreshments
• Uphold the highest standards of service to patients in accordance with company policies.

• Ability to work 6 days a week as part of a shift schedule.

• Self-starter with a natural motivation to initiate and complete tasks.
• Graduation from relevant departments/programs in language, literature, culture, teaching, translation, or interpreting, or having a foreign language certificate at least at the B2 Level (YDS) or equivalent, will be preferred.
