Junior HSE Associate

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an ''Junior HSE Associate'' to be in Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Organizing all periodical control and HSE measurement and follow up,
• Debiting Personal Protective Equipment of Employees (PPE) and to follow up the employees PPE usage,
• Contributing Risk Analysis Working,
• Following up all employees’ training about HSE and to organize training program,
• Organizing the legal HSE meeting and after that meeting to share the notes with relevant departments,
• Auditing all area about HSE and to prepare action plan and follow up and to share that determined non-conformances at the audit with relevant department,
• Controlling sub-controctor’s working and to approve working document,
• Preparing Work Permition’s form and to follow up,
• Following up certificates validity of HSE Management System, to contact with the authorized company and to organize audit,
• Contributing the HSE Management System’s working and to prepare systems’s document (procedure, instructions, plans, etc.)
• Following all legal regulations regarding OHS, Environment, Dagerous Goods Safety,
• Managing that of EBA proceses.

Qualifications

• Preferably Graduated from the Enviromental /Food / Chemical Engineering departments of universities.
• 2 years of experience in the HSE department, preferably in food companies (CSD, fruit juices, water, soda),
• Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (C Class, B CLass)
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Good command of English,
• Open to development,
• Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
• Analyzing and reporting skills,
• Approaching issues and problems with an innovative perspective and offering fast solutions,
• No travel disability,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Lives/can live in Sakarya.
