DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “IT Project Associate’’to be in our HQ Altuinizade.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Managing RPA requests and processes,
• Coordinating with operational teams and business stakeholders,
• Performing and coordinating functional tests to confirm solution design before delivering outputs to business units,
• Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies, and methodologies,
• Diagnosing complex cases and finding optimum solution suggestions for both development teams and business teams,
• Preparing technical analysis documents in accordance with the specified requirements,
• Coordinating corporate and third party teams at projects to get perfect output,
• Having perfect operational excellence and continuous improvement perspective,
• Having knowledge about testing concepts, regression before and after go-live,
• Ability of Analysis to diagnose problems at different BS applications,
• Designing process maps and business workflow documents,
• Preparing test scenarios,
• Managing User Acceptance Test process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant department of universities,
• Having 3 years project management experience about  SAP,RPA, workflow or integration management, etc.,
• Preferably having experience in first level support to SAP requests, user experience & implementation & maintenance process,
• Preferably having experience KVKK and ISO 270001 experience,
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management & business unit,
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills,
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Effective and positive communication skills,
• Understanding the needs customer and other people ,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset.
