QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities.
- Experienced in virtual servers (preferably VMware) and corporate server installations.
- Knowledgeable about PLM systems, digital transformation, and technology trends.
- Experienced in Java, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle databases, Windows and Linux server systems, and middleware technologies.
- Knowledgeable about web applications (Tomcat/Tomee) and network technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of ESXi/VMware/Hyper-V virtualization applications.
- Familiar with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and CATIA V5/V6.
- Worked with Postman, Batch Management, and EDAT applications.
- Proficient in English (minimum upper-intermediate level).
- Strong communication, coordination, and persuasion skills.
- Competent in task tracking and process management.
- Experienced in project management and customer relationship management.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment and available for travel.
Job Description:
- Identify customer needs regarding server architecture and requirements, prepare detailed documentation, and present it to customers.
- Perform server installations on scheduled dates, conduct necessary tests, and ensure performance optimizations.
- Deploy server monitoring systems, load balancing, and other infrastructure components, identify and resolve system errors, or create and track issue logs.
- Upgrade older versions to newer ones, perform data migrations, and execute system integrations.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process, coordinate operations, inform team members, and update CRM records.
- Handle PLM system installation, maintenance, customer inquiries, system updates, and data transfer activities.
- Provide necessary training to customers and team members regarding the system, document technical work and projects.
- Monitor system performance, perform data maintenance in case of slowdowns, develop and implement suggestions to improve quality.
