At Aksson Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our collaboration with a leading automotive OEM in Bursa. This role will be responsible for managing the design and industrialization processes of thermal/hybrid engines and transmission systems. The primary focus of this position is on project management for mass production and after-sales processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing project processes effectively within the QCDP framework.
• Ensuring compliance with design standards, regulations, test procedures, and validation processes.
• Conducting risk analyses, including assessments of product-related risks (engine, transmission systems) and industrial system risks (suppliers, facilities, etc.).
• Overseeing project modifications and engineering changes, ensuring proper coordination of related processes.
• Leading product/process and industrial system feasibility studies with a holistic approach.
• Monitoring product/modification validation plans, includingprototype testing, simulations, and technical calculations.
• Leading design analysis efforts and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate 2D and 3D data for approved components.
• Managing PSW (Part Submission Warrant) and K0 sign-off processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of thermal/hybrid engines and transmission systems.
• Advanced English proficiency for documentation and active participation in the meetings.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.for travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Renault/Horse tools, portals, and terminology (e.g.,Signe, LUP, e-RGPQP, NPDM, Comodif).
• Knowledge of V3P processes.
• Experience with CATIA software.
