JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strong and experienced professional to join our team in a role that goes beyond a standard merchandising position.
This position requires a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with solid experience inproduction, planning, and operations management within knitted garments.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end follow-up of knitted garment production processes
Coordination of sampling, collection development, and bulk production
Active communication with international customers and suppliers
Production planning and timeline (delivery) management
Close collaboration with fabric, dyeing, trims, and manufacturing partners
Monitoring and guiding internal team members and daily operations
Identifying problems proactively and driving solutions
Supporting cost analysis and pricing processes
Contributing to international production operations when required
Position in the Organization
Works closely with product development and customer teams, contributing to collection development through active communication, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking
Collaborates with the Production Manager (not directly reporting)
Production quality control and technical processes are managed by the Production Manager
This role focuses on operations, coordination, and execution
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in knitted garments and production processes
Strong knowledge of production, planning, and supply chain
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage and guide team members
Strong communication skills with international customers
Good command of Excel
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international production (Uzbekistan, Egypt, etc.)
Experience in cost calculation and pricing
Strong knowledge of knitted fabrics (jersey, rib, interlock, etc.)
Note
This is not a standard merchandising role. The position is designed to take ownership of daily operations and reduce the operational workload of management by ensuring efficient and structured execution.
