QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Global HR team, we are looking for an enthusiastic “Human Resources Specialist” to take an active role in Human Resources Department to be based in YILPORT Holding Headquarter in Maslak.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist” in our Head Office located in Maslak, Istanbul with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or closely related field (Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is preferred),
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in talent management, talent acquisition functions, especially in recruitment area,
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must,
  • Knowledge in SAP Success Factors is a plus,
  • Professional knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel and Power Point),
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information
  • A ‘can do’ approach, willingness to learn and extend the role above and beyond the job description,
  • Is self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment,
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision required,
  • Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach,
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks according to deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures and all business levels,
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Specialist will play a vital role in supporting and running recruitment and talent management activities of Yılport Holding.

Also he/she will be responsible for supporting the HR department and carrying out various responsibilities including the following functional areas such as recruiting, reporting and documentation.

Additional Responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Assist Human Resources functions such as Talent Acquisition and Talent Management,
  • Publish job advertisements,
  • Search and screen candidate CVs from various platforms,
  • Schedule interviews, update calendars, contact candidates and support other administrative tasks,
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation by preparing schedules, by facilitating smooth new hire onboarding process and by coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience,
  • Participate in developing and implementing the company’s internship program,
  • Support the development and maintenance of a positive employee relation environment and conduct a customer-oriented approach at all levels,
  • Handle the tasks regarding Expatriate Management,
  • Assist in developing and executing HR Policies and procedures, align them with group policies and support the implementation of changes,
  • Update recruitment lists and prepare standard reports for ongoing Company requirements,
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective actions if necessary,
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation and exit interviews including keeping data updated,
  • Provide operational support to all HR processes.
