We are looking for a Senior Financial Controlling Specialist (Payment) to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
• A total of 4 years of experience, preferably in financial operations and accounting
• Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs is a must
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solver, together with exceptional critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and take ownership of work
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Ability to travel in Türkiye and abroad

Requirements:

• Follow and control daily/weekly/monthly payments of the subsidiaries considering internal group policies
• Analyze any significant variances in payment results to ensure the corrective or improvement actions as needed. 
• Perform the monthly controlling of salary payments of group subsidiaries
• Implement and continuously improve financial controls
