We are looking for a Project Manager to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 7 years of work experience with project management processes
• PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus
• Agile/ Scrum experience is a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytic capabilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately and provide a superior customer/client experience

Requirements:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Deliver and support projects to business units, including continuous improvement management
• Hold responsibility for project tracking, issues and risk management, configuration management and coordination of other projects in a deadline-oriented environment
• Manage technical and functional resources to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Own responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained on time and within the budget and assigned scope
• Monitor and control resource allocation with the support from respective business partners
• Keep the project team focused on the end goal
