We are looking for a Financial Controlling Assistant Manager (Payment) to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

• A total of 6 years of experience, preferably in financial operations and accounting

• Good knowledge of Turkish accounting standards

• Fluent in both verbal and written English

• Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge is a plus

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and problem solver, together with exceptional critical thinking skills

• Ability to multitask and take ownership of work

• Good communication skills and a team player
  

Requirements:

• Follow and control daily/weekly/monthly payments of the subsidiaries considering internal group policies

• Coordinate any optimization process through the improvement of the existing payment system or through improved procedures

• Analyze any significant variances in payment results to ensure the corrective or improvement actions as needed

• Prepare a report of expense allocations among group companies regularly

• Perform the monthly controlling of salary payments for some of the subsidiaries

• Implement and continuously improve financial controls

• Fulfill additional controller duties as necessary
