To serve this purpose, YILDIRIM Energy Holding is developing and investing in all types of renewable resources around the world.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for YILDIRIM Energy Holding, to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in the Faculties of Engineering (preferably, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Civil, and Industrial Engineering) as well as Engineering Management or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the same position and sector
• Excellent command of both written and oral English; an additional European language is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player as well and able to work independently within the defined project
• Excellent time management skills, supported with punctuality

• Able to cooperate and provide necessary information to different departments

• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

• Capable of prioritizing work and handling multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented work environment

• Able to travel domestically and internationally when required

Requirements:

• Develop renewable energy production facilities (HEPP, GPP, WPP, SPP, etc.) and other projects in the field of renewables; expand the company's portfolio of current facilities
• Improve the energy efficiency of existing facilities appointed or proposed for the development of engineering projects
• Actively investigate and appraise projects appropriate for acquisition/realization
• Conduct engineering feasibility studies
• Evaluate ROI (Return on Investment) estimations with the appropriate division
• Determine the required technological and engineering methods to enhance the facility's performance
• Collaborate with other relevant technical divisions in the adaption; if approved, conduct and oversee all engineering and business development activities
• Provide periodic updates to his/her director on the status of projects, technical and field investigations
• Work in collaboration and communication with all YEH and YH departments that will support the analysis by collaborating with the Finance Department before and throughout the "Due Diligence" operations
• Report actions with precision and consistency by the specified timeframes and criteria
• Work together with the R&D Program Officer and/or R&D Engineers
• Complete the technical and/or administrative tasks assigned by the R&D Program Officer and/or R&D Engineers
• Collaborate with the relevant R&D personnel in the development of the related R&D project in the productivity increase and/or R&D Engineering projects related to renewable energy plants
