Raw Material Procurement Specialist

The purpose of the job is supporting the full scope of Raw Material Procurement responsibilities and partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintaining and enhancing the organization's general affairs by planning, implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices. 

 Job Description:

• Prepare the approximate costs, administrative specifications and technical specifications of the goods and services to be procured related to raw materials with the support of the relevant sections.
• Make market price analysis for raw materials and services in line with the needs lists transmitted from all sections, receive and evaluate price offers from the relevant companies.
• Prepare the offer contracts, obtaining the necessary approvals, carrying out the order and raw material delivery process.
• Implement supplier selection and evaluation, supply management systems and processes effectively. Make supplier visits.
• Evaluate supplier performance, making supplier and satisfaction analyses, regularly update the supplier list in line with the evaluation result.
• Carry out tenders, import customs procedures for raw materials or services to be procured from abroad, and carry out transportation and insurance operations of these raw materials.
• Prepare raw material prices and annual raw material purchasing reports.
• Ensure that the requirements of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and 5S standards are met in the duties under her/him. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical / Material Engineering
• Preferably having at least 3 years of experience.
• Intermediate Level English
• Knowledge of ERP Programs
