ERP Support & Development Specialist

YC INOX is a 100% Taiwan-owned investment. The company operates as a stainless steel pipe manufacturing and service center with 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of ERP responsibilities.

S/he will ensure that the ERP software used in Taiwan is integrated into Turkey.S/he will be maintaining the organization's ERP processes by implementing, and evaluating policies, programs, and practices.

Job Description:

• Support the actively used ERP & Related software of the company, evaluate new software requests, plan, analyze, develop and maintain and control the databases on which the software is worked on.
• Following international and domestic project's progress status.
• Monitor and identify problems with the  ERP, software, database and fix them.
  
• Evaluate the problems and user requests related to the ERP Related automation modules and take the necessary actions. Coordinate with the IT department of the headquarter regarding these issues when necessary.
  
• Analyze, design, develop and test existing systems and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Provide periodic reports on ERP operations and improvements.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from related departments of Universities
• Good Level of English
• Good knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language  (Java, JSP is preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP Programs (preferably knows Finance and Accounting legislation).
