To strengthen our team we are looking for Quality Process Standardization Engineers!

What will your job be about?

• Taking care of process improvements, standardization projects and process design workshops
• Project follow-up which assures to have successful project completion by using necessary Yazaki tools/methods
• Determination of milestones and objectives in those projects and follow-up of action plan by strong coordination with plant&BU functions teams and related departments
• Creation of project status reports for management
• Leading process standardization & past problem & process improvement audits within Central Quality & Yazaki Plants & Business
• Continously drives analysis of improvement potentials in the process landscape of Quality Organization

What will you bring with you? 

• Fluent level in English
• Able to Travel domestic & abroad (40%)
• Knowledge about Quality Tools
• Knowledge about Problem solving methodology
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar positions
