We are looking for Purchasing Strategy, Transformation & Innovation Manager for our engineering office in Nilüfer, Bursa.

What You’ll Do

• Leading purchasing functions contribute to the overall business strategy, growth agenda and competitive advantage of the company
• Sourcing and outsourcing strategy definition

1. FSS – Wire Harness Outsourcing
2. Component – Molding, Injection, Stamping and Development Outsourcing

• Strategic sourcing support, including low cost country sourcing, reverse auction and e-sourcing services
• Global supplier identification, qualification and strategy definition to leverage supplier panel management strategy
• Overall value creation by bridging supplier market insight and innovations with internal business capabilities

1. New suppliers, materials & solutions served to market

• By enabling end-to-end collaboration and interaction, for gaining deep insights into the capabilities of the supplier market to leverage this insight to improve own products and services.

• Make or Buy Analysis
• Spend analysis and opportunity assessments, optimization of spend categories
• To expand purchasing functions’ focus from cost to enabling innovation, agility and supply certainty
• To explore unmet needs and anticipate future competitive advantages by working closely with other functions and involve suppliers as external resources in innovation projects for the needs of the organization 

Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate 

• Engineering or Business Administration combined with technical background or skills, or equivalent Master or Bachelor Degree as a commercial / economical fields
• Minimum 10 years experience in similar positions, 3 years in managerial roles preferable
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced level of MS Office Applications
• Self-motivated, analytical thinking, result oriented approach and good interpersonal skills are required competencies
