Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Logistics Process Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and actively participating in inbound and outbound operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work both in the field and in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Process Development: Improve and standardize warehouse operations, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Tracking: Monitor and manage logistics-related projects to ensure timely execution.
• SAP & Reporting: Utilize SAP for process improvements and generate data-driven reports to enhance decision-making.
• Inbound & Outbound Process Optimization: Ensure smooth operations for receiving and shipping processes, minimizing delays and errors.
• Stock Accuracy: Actively participate in stock accuracy initiatives and ensure cycle counting and physical inventory processes are well-executed.
• Field Work: Engage in hands-on warehouse operations, working closely with warehouse teams to implement and sustain process improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, warehouse teams, and other departments to enhance logistics workflows and system integrations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse process development, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in SAP (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to process improvements.
• Ability to work both in the field and in an office setting.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and process optimization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Residing in or able to reside in Kayseri.
