QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Will be responsible for defining and implementing commercial strategies with Opthomology products (optical products/vision care

• Develop, execute and support the company overall objectives

• Lead commercial activities and national and international congresses

• Maintain strong collaboration with academic institutions, eye care professionals research groups, business owners, senior management, key customer accounts and key opionion leaders

• Carry out appropriate clinical studies, publications and trials to support new product launches

• Act as a primary person responsible for all PR activities surrounding the Opthomology product portfolio

• Ensure appropriate and timely use of market research and competitor monitoring

• Lead, influence the shaping of policies and manage Regulatory Affairs, local regulatory institutions to ensure that protocols, documentations and product registrations are carried out correctly & regulatory requirements are met.

• Develop training on the technical education of professionals that sell/sugget vision care products to ensure correct usage for long term business/market growth for the profession and the practice

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of experience in related areas (preferably in Opthomology-eye care products) 

• Obtained degree with related field studies (Business Administration, Marketin and Life Sciences)

• Fluent in English (Advanced level)

• Excellent communication and negotiations skills

• Good at internal motivation and management skills

• Eager, extraverted and problem solver
