We are looking for a "Pricing Assistant Manager" for our client in energy industry.

In general, the responsibilities will be:

 - Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.

 - Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to increase market share and profitability.

 - Tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.

 - Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.

 - Recommending pricing strategies that align closely with market trends and identifying new market segments.

 - Forecasting revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.

 - Collaborating with sales and other related departments on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.

 - Developing dynamic pricing methods to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends both Turkey and global market.

 - Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings to executives, marketing teams, and sales staff.

 - Responsible for creating the local pricing culture; supporting the standardization of tools, processes and metrics across the different markets, ensuring sustainability and best in class service.

 - Drive and monitor compliance to strategy, target prices and price and price volume initiatives.

Therefore we seek a person having the following qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s Degree on related fields (Engineering, Science, Statistics, Business Management)

 - Have minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pricing management and analysis

 - Financial analytical approach to portfolio/properties.

 - Understanding pricing principles and extracting insights

 - Pricing investigation for revision of current and defining of new properties.

 - Being eager to work in a data driven business that aims to be global trends.

 - Analytical approach to problem solving

 - Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive

 - Risk taker, outspoken and extroverted

 - Organised: efficiency is key

 - Passionate about start-up culture and innovative ideas

 - English speaking and writing knowledge

 - Stamina and drive to always push yourself to improve and innovate

 - Analytical: Strong analytical skills are necessary to compare sales trends and determine market data.

 - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, as pricing analysts work with team members at all levels, including store associates, office staff and executive team members.

 - Detail-oriented: The ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis of large collections of data.

 - Problem-solving: Pricing analysts use problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends and devise strategies to improve them.
