Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for "IT Support Specialist" to one of our global business partners in the domain of Shoe Manufacturer and Retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

In close collaboration with our global business partners' Global Service Desk and the Global IT Delivery Team you will within your area be responsible for:

• Store openings, closings and refurbishments
• Hardware ‘Break & Fix’ support in the stores
• Work proactively with the other our global business partners' markets globally
• Support the store staff in case of IT hardware related issues
• Replacements of hardware
• Education of, and knowledge sharing with store staff in relation to any IT training they may need
• Purchase of hardware to buffer stock in several areas
• Document infrastructure for each store within your area

To be successful in this role, you will need to work productively as a team member and focus on the execution of the plans and targets of the Global delivery team

In close collaboration with our global business partners' Service Desk and Core Tech Operations 3rd level support:

• Support the TR office staff in case of IT related issues
