QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.

 

We are looking for a "Business Development Assistant Manager" to one of the leading companies in energy industry for İzmir location.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new customers and build a strong project pipeline, contract processes,
  • Use market intelligence effectively to catch new business opportunities,
  • Thoroughly understand the dynamics, trends, competitive environment and key factors for success and transfer this understanding into a clear strategy and tactical plan,
  • Gather market needs & insights for new product ideas as input for regional/global roadmaps,
  • Suggest new product innovation to successfully grow company’s business,
  • Contributes to or leads special projects,
  • Office management, negotiations with public institutions.

 

Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Industrial Engineering,
  • 4+ years of successful business development experience, preferably  in energy sector,
  • Well-experienced in preparing a business-plan, entrepreneurial mindset to expand revenue and profitability,
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills,
  • Self-motivated, strong commercial and innovative mindset and having a passion to grow,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Willingness and ability to travel,
  • Located / willing to relocate in İzmir.
