Purpose of Role: Support Planning activities in his/her country with a team of production professionals. Support strategies and plans to build total SC Planning organization and infrastructure to support business growth. This role will be responsible to develop & support end to end planning strategy to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing short and long term planning process according to the capacity constraints and prepares daily, weekly and monthly production plans
· Working with Purchasing team for the stock management to achieve on time delivery at optimum cost with optimum inventory levels
·  Develop and support planning strategies aligned with regional and global strategies
· Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure annual forecasts are provided timely in order to assess end to end operational capacity and to do the production plan of make to stock, make to order products and get priorities to do necessary revision at the production plan

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
· Engineering background with master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning
· Proficient with SAP

· Ability to work independently and cross functionally
· Good business sense, strong analytical skills as well as attention to detail/quality and multi projects management experience. 

· Strong written/verbal communication skills.

· Good Command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)

· Living or willing to relocate to Kocaeli or Istanbul Asian side (working place -Dilovasi OSB, Kocaeli)
