Sales Support (Customer Service) Responsible

Job Description:

• Take and fulfill order management and service requests
• Answer customer inquiries; provide requested information or assistance concerning products/services
• Prepare notice of statements, send copies to customers; reconcile discrepancies in billing and issue reminder notices
• Record all transactions or queries for future references
• Communicate with customers to resolve order issues, service and sales topics
• Tracking of open and overdue balances in alignment with sales manager
• Support relevant sales managers during monthly sales planning and sales forecast periods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 4 years of experience on sales back office operations
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills even under stressfull environments,
• Preferably excellent reporting and presentation skills with a result-oriented approach,
• Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow-up capacity,
• Self motivated, initiative taking, customer oriented
• Military service must be completed (For male candidates)
• Preferably no travel restrictions
