Production Engineer

Goals of the position:

• Participation from the earliest stages of creation, in the development teams of new company products,
• Development of equipment necessary for internal production processes in accordance with the principles of Lean Production,
• Standardization of internal production processes,
• Supervising the introduction of new products into production, guaranteeing quality, target costs, safety and initial training for new staff,
• Efficiency of company production processes.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience of at least 5 years in manufacturing companies; familiar with electrical / leak testing and manual small series assembly processes
• Knowledge of problem solving and process quality techniques and methodologies (P-FMEA, etc)
• Good ability to plan and coordinate activities
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of the Office package and 3D CAD systems
• Enthusiasm, humility, passion and work ethic complete the sought-after profile.
