What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Specialist- Maintenance (Electrical & Electronics)who will join our team at Production & Supplier Development Tribe.

• Leading and Developing the electrical maintenance team,
• Tracing the preventive&predictive maintenance activities in plant,
• Complying with occupational health and safety regulations and rules, ensuring that the personnel working under them,
• Realizing activities on decrease of breakdown in production,
• Tracing supply of spare parts for machine&equipments,
• Establishing systematic of spare part management,
• Making Analysis and reporting of maintenence activities,
• Realizing Energy Efficiency Projects,
• Realizing energy budget, tracing consumptions and reporting,
  
• Becoming a member of new machine/line establishment,
• Reviewing expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance activities,
• Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects,
• Managing daily maintenance activities for production machine and equipment and improve and evaluate maintenance KPI’s (MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost..),
• Following the changes and innovations in the sector, Training maintenance personnel to meet requirements,
• Following up energy consumption data and support reporting ,taking action with the energy team when necessary,
• Providing technical support to investment projects related with production equipment, auxiliary facilities, building and infrastructure,
• Supervising the circulation of parts and materials required for maintenance and repair, supplying missing materials,
• Ensuring that the departments and employees under its responsibility are in compliance with Global, legal and internal evaluation programs such as ISO45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001,
• Being a part of new product projectscapacity increase projects,
• Making cooperation with other team.

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electical&Electronics or Control&Automation Engineering,
• Having at least 3 years of experience,
• Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,
• Experienced in PLC & HMI programming, hardware, control and command, ability to develop algorithms,
• Experienced in machine automation,
• Preferably, designed, manufactured or contributed automation control panels, implemented and commissioned applications with PLC, drives, HMIs and other industrial equipment,
• Preferably having high voltage management certificate,
• Having experience in Machine Safety Applications,
• Having Energy Manager Certificate is a plus,
• Experienced about LOTO Applications
• Experienced in AC & DC Drives, Servo drives and simotion,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
• Good knowledge of AutoCad Application
• Machine equipment safety knowledge
• Outside the box thinking ability,
