What awaits you in this role? 

We are looking for a passionate Specialist- Industrial Engineering who will join our team at WAT Motor Company - Production and Supplier Development Tribe Technology.

• Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs,

• Using MTM methodology for optimum workforce to be used for production,

• Improving operations,

• Defining labour requirement according to demand,

• Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demand,

• Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to demand,

• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,

• Adopting new production technologies to operations,

• Coordinating investment projects,

• Making work analysis.

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy. Remote hybrid working model is available.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,

• At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in the manufacturing sector 

• Having strong experience in project management,

• Strong knowledge of metarial flow,

• Experienced in bottleneck and line balancing analysis,

• Knowledge of MTM analysis (Methods-Time-Measurement) also Lean Manufacturing,

• Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,

• Outside the box thinking ability,

• Open to innovation culture,

• Flexible and open to new perspectives,

• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

• Knowing what empathy really means,

• Being open to communicationis.
