  • We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team atSales & Marketing Tribe (Europe & America).
  • Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target
  • Following up customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and improving sales activities,
  • Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations
  • Coordinating key activities between the customers, internal sales operations, and production side
  • Analyze the market conditions, requirements, competitions, and pricing strategies,
  • Developing new product together with Business Development and R&D teams according to market needs
  • Offering tailor-made solutions for specific customer demands
  • Forecast, set, and achieve business goals and financial targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers, taking a role in sales growth
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Attends international exhibitions both as an exhibitor and/or visitor
  • Monitoring and reporting the yearly and monthly sales performances of customers
  • In view of risk management, monitoring the financial structure of the customers and making sure the warrants are obtained on time
  • Making sure the products are safely delivered to the customers, and the related payments are collected in full as well on time.

The position is located in Çamlıca Office. Hybrid working model is available.


  • How we describe the perfect match? 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Europe & America area
  • Willing to visit customers in responsible area
  • Having a good technical background about Low Voltage Electrical Motor
  • Understanding the need of market and customer
  • Preferably entry level of ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Thinking broadly about business
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs
  • Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people
  • Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
  • Outside the box thinking ability
  • Open to innovation culture
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset
  • Knowing what empathy really means
  • Being open to communication.
