What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer-Production (Electric & Electronics) to join our team at Production & Supplier Development Tribe. 

• Leading production teams to achieve production targets
• To lead 5S and Occupational Safety improvements
• To provide the necessary organization for uninterrupted and sustainable production
• Working in coordination with all relevant departments
• Carrying out the production according to the daily production plan
• To determine the consumable needs for production activities and to organize their purchases
• To make technical improvements so that the process, which is its area of responsibility, can exceed its current technical competencies and raise its targets
• Determining problem areas and prioritizing the problems that need to be projected based on the KPIs in the area of responsibility
• To perform root cause analysis using relevant problem solving tools (6 sigma, etc.)
• Taking actions in accordance with ISO 14001 Environment, ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• To follow the compliance with the planned budget as OKR and to take responsibility for the realization of the budget
• Be a member of new product and new investment projects leaded in Agile culture
• Be a part of agile transformation in production with innovative and creative involvement
• Be a part of production traceability projects with IT
• To perform cost efficiency projects both related to products and processes
• To have willing and enthusiasm to change and improve the environment she/he is in.

The position is located in Çerkezköy/Tekirdağ. 

How we describe the perfect match? 

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in electric motor, winding, winding processes
• Have sufficient knowledge on Lean manufacturing, 5S, 6 Sigma, TQM (Total Quality Management), Value Stream, OEE (Equipment Efficiency), predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance, JIT (Just in Time Production)
• EC 61010-1 standart knowledge and experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 14001, 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 OHS Systems
• Taking action by following business processes with an OHS priority point of view
• Participated / produced in ergonomics projects
• Having experience in robotics, PLC automation programming is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies
• Outside the box thinking ability

• Being open to communication.
