Where do you come in?
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales Executive.

You will be a part of our Sales team located in Istanbul Turkey, where you will report to Sales Manager who is responsible from Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Lebanon and Israel.

In Sales Department, we focus on customer requests and orders for all Life Saving Equipment on board with VIKINGs global network. Our primary focus is on customer satisfaction, and we are the global brand for our Customers.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepare and present quotes for incoming inquiries.
  • Follow up on all business processes from quotation to invoicing.
  • Ensure the supply of materials for ships belonging to regional shipowners at various ports around the World using with VIKINGs global network.
  • Provide Coordination with the Logistics and Warehouse responsibles in VIKING network.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and produce systematic solutions for customer needs.
  • Support sales executives and communicate with customers over the phone.
  • Document all sales jobs according to standards of VIKING Group
  • Create, update, and follow contacts, accounts, or opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Regularly communicate with potential or existing customers and respond to inquiries.


Competences

  • Experienced in sales and customer relationship management, 3 years of work experience within preferably in Maritime
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems.
  • SAP experience is preferable
  • Male candidates must have completed their military service
  • Based in the Istanbul, Maltepe office and not always but rarely able to travel domestically and internationally for training and customer visits.
