About the Viessmann R&D team;

The Viessmann R&D team is a critical group in the design, project management, systems, standards and regulations of the projects/products. We work closely with our production and quality teams to provide the highest levels of availability and service success. Being active and nice is a requirement and you will be working in a high speed, collaborative team. Our ideal new team member is highly creative, energetic and deeply knowledgeable about the latest design trends and technologies.

Your contribution to the team includes;

• Planning, supervising and executing electrical construction orders for an extended range of tasks for an existing and new product range within the framework of internal and external guidelines

• Development of the electrical equipment of products in the area of gas boilers, heat pumps, ventilation, air conditioning, oil, etc. 

• Constructional implementation until the series introduction technology development (platform / modules) 

• Application of the valid directives, standards and association work 

• Carrying out the work according to the valid internal guidelines 

• Cost-reduction actions (manufacturing marginal costs and project costs), introduction and maintenance of purchased devices 

• Introduction and maintenance of spare parts, design changes and product maintenance,coordination and support of qualifications

• Building of electrical prototypes / test devices / measurement set-ups 

• Supplier management Requirements management Coordination with other departments

• Compile manufacturing documentations (production plants worldwide) 

• Technology screening Project / sub-project management

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field (mechatronic engineering, electronic, electric  engineering are preferred).

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in hands-on laboratory environment, test design, testing and reporting.

• Having knowledge of heating & cooling appliances, thermodynamic, heat transfer

• Innovative, collaborative, pro-active & cross functional team player.
