• Managing recruitment processes to attract top talent to the Viessmann

• Coordinating training and development programs to support employee career growth

• Playing an active role in talent management and performance management processes

• Leading initiatives to enhance the employee experience

• Organizing and executing company events and activities to boost employee motivation

• Managing pulse surveys, analyzing results, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken

• Supporting and managing job evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent grading of positions across the organization

What you’ll bring with you;

• University degree from preferably Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

• Min. 3 years of HR experience, preferably HR generalist or HRBP

• MS Office knowledge

• Workday Portal is a +
