E-Commerce Specialist

Qualifications:

-Bacherol's degree in, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines,

-Master's degree is a plus,

-Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience at e-commerce companies, marketplaces or at the digital agencies

-Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

-Preferably CRM, campaign, marketing and operations management experience,

-Knowledge of programmatic, digital marketing and Google applications (Ads, Analytics, Seo),

-Preferably moderate level of SAP knowledge,

-Dynamic, customer-focused and excellent communication skills,

-Analytical and result-oriented,

-Competent in MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,

-Researcher and curious, who closely follows innovations in e-commerce and digital world.

Job Description:

-Creating e-commerce strategy and annual action plans,

-Managing the website, gaining customers in the marketplace stores, designing  campaigns and managing the sales and operation processes,

-Activating the discounts and campaigns on the website and tracking the results,

-Improving the customer experience within the website and coordinating the necessary projects,

-Organizing cross-selling campaigns for existing customers and designing automatic campaign rules,

-Following the innovations in e-commerce applications.Making benchmarks, developing suggestions and solutions for the improvement of processes,

-Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports and analyzes on product / category / campaign basis,

-Following up stocks, product features, cancellations, returns and customer complaints.Controlling the prices and activating the logistics processes.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
