Sales Account Manager

Summary

Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.

What you'll do

  • Ensuring business growth, profitability and increasing market penetration;
  • Analyze customer requirements and promote our products (software and hardware), solutions and services to fill such requirements;
  • Analyzing and establishing new sales opportunities in Turkish markets;
  • Preparing project proposals to customers;
  • Providing dedicated account servicing to corporate customers, identifying customer potential, conduct in-depth account penetration;
  • Provide troubleshooting for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems;
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.


What qualifications will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in related discipline;
  • Directly related previous work experience (5+ years sales experience required);
  • Good knowledge and understanding of companies software solutions and services, being able to explain the value proposition and their main features to the customer;
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications;
  • Very good command of English language, spoken and written;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent;
  • No restriction for travel.
