Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Having a degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling.
• Having valid teacher certification. 
• At least 5 years of experience working in this position.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• Native-level proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Experience in using Google and Microsoft Office and the ability to learn additional technology platforms quickly.
• Dedication to working with high school students & parents.
• Proven ability in following the principles and standards of individual counseling,
• Proven ability to work in coordination with parents and faculty for supporting students to improve academically and behaviorally.
• Experience in keeping development files and reporting.
• Committing to continuous professional development.

• Positive and outgoing with an engaging, collaborative personality, and the ability to model professionalism.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills in establishing constructive relationships.
