Heinemann) and manages the world's largest duty-free shop area and offering travel retail services on an area of over 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport. We are representative of the prestigious and retail location in Istanbul Airport with over 2.500 employees.

There is a wide and luxurious product range after Unifree Duty Free stores ticket and passport control. It offers the sales service of products such as liquor, tobacco and confectionery, perfume and cosmetics, and accessories to Airline Passengers. Unifree has 103 sub-operators and a total of 134 local and foreign stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in logistics, shipment planning or distribution. Retail experience is a plus
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Experience in working with the SAP system,
• Has analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Has planning and organizational skills,
• Result and change oriented, strong communication skills, a team player and can work with foreigners,
• No restrictions for travelling both inside and outside of Turkey, 
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

Job Description

• Organizing and tracking shipment and delivery processes by communicating with suppliers, forwarders and relevant parties
• Managing truck reservation system and ensuring the operation adhere to the guidelines and policies of Airport
• Following up the customs clearance process working in coordination with relevant parties
• Responsible of making insurance and dangerous goods application for shipments
• Organizing transport schedule of self-owned vehicles according to the requests of relevant departments
• Preparing and following up annual logistics budget
• Preparing the reports requested by managers. Analyzing data to implement improvements and to increase productivity
