Qualifications;

• Graduated bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual design etc.,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency, preferably worked in human resources projects,
• Have knowledge of written and spoken English fluency,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint,
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Canva programs,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Competent in teamwork,
• Have no travel restrictions,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and develop innovative ideas,
• Have ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently,
• Must have completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description;

• Preparation of all internal communication plan in line with communication strategy that will also support employee loyalty and pleasure conformably employer brand communication strategy,
• Creation of internal communication texts, coordinating with relevant departments and implementation in structure of company,
• Coordination with relevant teams for planning and execution of motivational activities,
• Differentiating the employee experience and development of projects to strengthen employee loyalty,
• Searching for the best experiences to improve the employee experience,
• Preparation of department presentations
