RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the analysis and collection/research of necessary data expected by the manager
• Responsible for reporting and department presentations
• Supporting the leasing and re-leasing activities of all Sub-Operators,
• Supporting the contract processes of all Sub-Operators,
• Supporting the performance monitoring of all Sub-Operators,
• Arranging meetings, keeping notes, and following the actions to be taken.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 3 years of experience for specialist / Minimum 5 years of experience for senior specialist,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications, (Advanced level of Excel is a plus)
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Negotiation skill is important,
• Effective communication, teamwork, and business cohesion skills,
• Has analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills,
• Hardworking and eager to learn, willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
• Strong multitasking and planning skills; result and change-oriented, proactive,
• Strong communication and organizational skills, and a team player, high energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and dynamism,
• No restrictions for traveling both inside of Turkey and abroad temporarily,
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
