The factory supervisor is required with the knowledge of the basics of management and production

5 years experience in a similar field - Fluency in English & Turkish is required. 

Tasks:

- Organisation, planning, and coordination of production activities ensuring timely and quality performance of tasks;

- Establishment of regulations on the interaction of all production services.

- Ensuring the implementation of the production program

- Development of production plans, specifications

- Participation in solving problems arising during the work;

- Coordinate the work of departments: coordinate the work of production, design, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Control.

- Ensuring the implementation of the production program;

- Management of the team (assembly, assembly area, mechanics

Production, warehousing, sourcing).

- Coordinating orders and priorities

- Participation in processes to reduce production costs, 

maintaining high-quality standards.

- Project management of new product launches

- Online control reporting

- Tracking third-party orders

- Improvement and optimization of production processes
- Organising the recruitment of operational staff

- Organisation of staff training/skills development

- Organising smooth logistics

Requirements:

- Higher education (technical or economic engineering);

- At least 3 years of experience in engineering and technical positions and/or experience in production management (experience as a design engineer would be an added advantage);

- Ability to use the Solid Works program (additional)

- Organisational skills, decisiveness, and ability to make independent decisions;

- Experience in planning and organizing production in a multi-tasking environment;

- Experience in managing the purchase of materials and raw materials (delivery plan), 

Experience in the management of stocks of materials and raw materials;

- Experience in organizing production accounting;

- Experience in keeping technical documentation (fire safety, safety precautions, etc.)

Experience in maintaining technical documentation (fire prevention, etc.);

- Knowledge of lean production systems and practical experience in production applications

- Ability to create a good working environment within the team.

- Experienced computer user

- Turkish (required)

- Russian (preferred)
