Our multinational business partner which operates in retail sector is looking for a "Retail Marketing Specialist''

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of solid experience working as a visual merchandiser is a priority. Trade marketing experience is a plus

• Experience from retail, fashion or FMCG industry in a multinational environment

• Fluency in English – verbally and written

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, meeting work deadlines effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Technically making sure all commercial activities/campaigns/collections/price updates are launched in time on the local web site and Concept Stores system.

• Delivering the main product list to marketplace responsible on every launch period to ensure marketplace product range is aligned with Concept Stores.

• Control and edit local web site translations on every product launch period while, with regular checks, making sure the local web site works properly with correct data in terms of price, product information and etc.

• Adaptation/Development of local marketing POS campaign materials in close collaboration with the graphic designer.

• Ordering the globally supplied POS materials in time to make sure all Concept Stores recieve needed materials in time for collection launches.

• Coordinate suppliers involved in the adaptation and production process of retail marketing materials, as well as the ones involved in the store activations’ implementations.

• Support the definition and grant proper execution of consumer in-store activations and store opening events.

• Following up regular store implementation reports and visiting selected stores after each collection launch.

• Translating and producing local catalogues/brochures throughout the year in complience with the annual commercial calendar.

• Be the internal point of contact for sales dept. and store managers for retail marketing related topics.

• Develop a broad understanding of the stores’ and of marketing activities/campaigns’ execution by forming and keeping a close contact with store managers.

• Regular tracking of the competitive (also enlarged) landscape in terms of in-store set-up, activations, campaign implementations with a broader eye on the retail landscape in general.

• Regular tracking and update of the marketing budget in the areas of responsibility.
