Our multinational business partner which operates in FMCG sector is looking for a“ Logistics Coordinator ”.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Having bachelor’s degree from the related departments of universities

·        Having min 2-3 years od experience in import & customs process & supply .

·        Experienced in ERP system, Logistics, operation and Customs procedures and processes

·        Fluent in all aspects of English, other languages are a plus

·        Having efficient PC skills (Microsoft Word for Windows & Excel )

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Support Logistics Manager with logistics, customs and compliance areas.

·        Understand, execute and improve Customs clearance processes/activities according to SOP's/ Local WI's.

·        Coordinate and provide the support for the import customs documents with the third party customs broker, Venray warehouse, third party WH and finance team.

·        Addresses issues during customs clearance – customs inspections, checkups and documents requests, delays at customs.

·        Analyze, solve and if needed escalate any non-compliance/deviations on all Customs processes and SOP's to supervisor.

·        Support Internal Auditing /SOX, e.g. Data gathering and deliver proof upon request.

·        Maintain KPI on Customs clearance status with external Customs broker for in transit shipments.

·        Be aware off any new local Customs regulations which might impact  the HN supply chain.

·        Perform, register and administrate and escalate to the DCS on SOX C1.4 checks. 

·        Perform regular inventory checks review the stock levels , slow moving, obsolete , expire items. Communicate the critical items with local management .

·        Execution of purchasing locally purchase items for packaging and kitting materials items. Market search, choose the best vendor and create Purchase Order in line with the brand’s Procedures ( I-procurement ) and Authorization metrics.

·        Execution of logistic operations in accordance with conducted contracts, current legislation, international trade terms.

·         Execution of purchase contract: documentary instructions presentation / operational issues solving / draft documents checking and confirming. 

·         Ensuring perfect coordination between customers, custom brokers, and departments within the company. Information and documents exchange between involved parties.

·        An Ambassador for the brand in line with corporate values and EMEA goals to assure the Brand & image is maintained.

·        To have actively look for current process, review improvement areas and propose solution to improve the service quality and increase the member satisfaction .

·        Prepare all admin work; coordinate all paper work, make sure all documents are prepared, signed and documented on time.

·        Support local and EMEA events
