Product Owner

Turk Telekom Group, the leading communication technology group in Turkey, provides integrated telecommunication services from PSTN and GSM to broadband internet with group companies have a modern network infrastructure covering the whole country and offer a wide variety of services to residential and commercial customers all over Turkey. We are looking for a Product Owner for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Agile / Scrum process experience (min. 3 years),
• Work directly with scrum teams as a Product Owner,
• Work with stakeholders to understand the business objectives and translate these into requirements to create the product roadmap,
• Shape and refine the requirements to achieve a final technology/business solution,
• Support user research team members for getting efficient user feedback,
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project,
• Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy,
• Implement and orchestrate developer sprints,
• Have an active role in mitigating impediments impacting completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Attend and participate in agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from university (Computer Engineering & Master/MBA preferred), from Engineering departments,
• Able to complete projects timely and accurately; be able to multi-task,
• Able to adapt to hybrid working order,
• Strong written and oral communications skills both in Turkish and English,
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor,
• Improved analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Self-starter on assignments/projects and demonstrate initiative,
• Able to work in parallel works under intense stress,
• No military service obligation for male candidates.
