Accounting & Finance Specialist

Qualifications

- University degree in a related field, preferably Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,

- 2 or 3 years experience in accounting and financial reporting (experience in Independent Audit companies would be an asset),

- Experience in budget and financial reporting processes; knowledge on VUK and IFRS,

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and ERP programs (e.g. Oracle),

- Open to development, and willing to research, learn, follow up regulation changes,

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow-up multiple tasks,

- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team,

- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy,

- Excellent command of English (Interviews will be conducted in English),

- No restrictions for travelling in or outside of Turkey,

- Willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli.

Job Description

- Prepare and analyse accurate Financial Statements (P&L, B/S) and reports inline with statutory and IFRS standards,

- Collaborate with accounting team during audits,

- Report financials to Executive Committee periodically with deep analysis as a tool for management decision making,

- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to stakeholders,

- Collaborate in financial period closing & reporting activities
