Toyota Boshoku Türkiye has a vacancy in the Production and Logistics Control Department as Foreign Trade Specialist located in Adapazarı (Sakarya). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management or other departments
• Knowledge of Export & Import operations will be an asset
• Strong computer skills with a good level of proficiency with MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (both English & Turkish)
• Must work well in a team atmosphere and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination, multi-tasking, organization and presentation skills
• Effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
• Able to travel when required (B class driver's license)
• Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli

• Manage overseas parts import, export and logistics activities
• Track of the customs clearance, supporting customs operations & transactions
• Communication and coordination with transportation companies
• Track import & export operations for overseas suppliers and shipment arrivals
• Track legal document and implementation to TB systems
• Support Production Control system documentation
• Understand and apply company lean manufacturing principles
• Support kaizen efforts and manage kaizen activities in the department
