Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V has a vacancy in the Maintenance Department, as an Automation Engineer located in Adapazarı (Sakarya). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS and/or MS degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Eng, Electrics Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering fields
• Automotive sector experience is an asset (with IATF 16949 knowledge)  
• Good command of PLC programming knowledge (Mitsubishi and/or Siemens)
• Good level robotics programing (preferred)
• Having skills of hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
• Having skills of MS office tools (Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
• TPS knowledge is an asset
• Visual inspection systems experiences via machine learning/programming (preferred)
• Problem solving and organization ability
• Strong planning, coordination and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to function both independently and with good judgement in a team environment
• Having result-oriented, analytical thinking mindset
• Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
• Able to travel abroad to support manufacturing plants on site
• Can keep up with the busy and flex working conditions
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya / Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Improving existing equipment’s automation condition for higher efficiency (energy savings, cycle time reduction and other process optimization ways)
• Leading continuous improvement activities, kaizen activities with cost minded approach
• Programming and updating existing equipment PLC software and electrical conditions
• Improving existing processes with new technology as being leader of Robotic processes,
• Following new trends according to Industry 4.0 - Predictive and high accuracy equipment
• Supporting manufacturing plants on site and new factory investments
• Conducting process & equipment optimization by standardizing spec sheet
• Reporting the activity progress periodically
