Technical Support Specialist-Light Truck

Job description:

• Able to manage customer relations and perform field technical support works in the After Sales Services department,
• Experienced in light commercial van or truck industry (preferred),
• Knowledge of Powertrain (Engine-Gearbox-Axle-Braking) systems,
• Supporting CRM - DMS system developments, creating report formats,
• Worked with the CAN Bus system before and will be able to work with SAE J 1939 standards,
• To be able to communicate with domestic and international services daily and weekly and to follow the works,
• Have previous experience of at least one of the automation software and preferably have knowledge of automotive software.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or Automotive Engineering departments of universities,
• Advanced level of written and spoken English; Knowledge of German as a second language is preferred,
• At least 2 years of experience in the related business field in the automotive industry,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• Analytical thinking and communication skills,
• High persuasiveness,
• Inclined to team work,
• Capable of solving Technical and Engineering problems.
