JOB DESCRIPTIONS;

• Coordinating, designing and implementing the monthly reporting and presentation  processes of the units reporting to the HR VP,
• Design and produce HR analytics,metrics and reports,
• Digitalizing regular HR reports via HR KPI dashboard in Power BI and supporting the success of organizational initiatives by generating and presenting actionable insights as well as identifying gaps and opportunities,
• Supporting HR Analytics framework designing to deliver targeted impact on people experience and performance,
• Collaborating with local HR teams to understand operational needs and development areas to design and develop HR system and processes,
• Participate in data analysis and the presentation of data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions for the HR team,
• Analyzing data for key trends and preparing executive summaries by seeing the big picture,
• Improve the scope and the quality of reports and supporting to generate new reports that will serve HR strategies

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Graduated from Faculty of Engineering departments of universities, preferably from the department of Industrial or Management Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in HR Analytics& Reporting,
• Good written and spoken English skills,
• System development and good reporting skills,
• Having a collaborative approach, prone to teamwork,
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented and high attention level,
• Able to use Power BI program and MS Office at a good level,
• Eager to learn new generation HR tools and processes
• Eager to work in automotive industry,
• To reside or willing to live in Adana,
