QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

TCI, the subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, was established in December 2010. The headquarters and manufacturing sites are located in Europe’s largest MRO Center, next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport in Istanbul, Türkiye.

TCI currently design and manufacture aircraft cabin interior products such as galley, seat, lavatory, trolley, IFE systems, provide retrofitting and repairing services for Boeing, Airbus and world’s leading airlines.


Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicating with potential and current customers (visits, expositions, conferences, telephone, e-mail, website, announcement etc)

• Gathering information related to potential and current customers (activities, credibility, market etc)

• Assists in identifying key business opportunities, markets and in generating target customer capture plans

• Analyze aircraft market and prepare mid-term sales plan

• Regularly track external sources to monitor aircraft interior market and develop counter measure plans

• Consolidating all research findings, interpreting the results and preparing an action plan

• Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects

• Prepares various reports, graphs, charts, forecasts and PowerPoint presentations in support of sales and strategic planning


Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering preferred)

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

• 4+ years of work experience 

• Presentation skills and communication proficiency

• Able to travel abroad, inclined to teamwork, having sense of responsibility

• Demonstrated analytical skills and passion for analyzing data, market trends, and dynamics 

• Must have the ability to pay high attention to detail

• Able to handle multiple tasks

• Result and solution-oriented approach

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Completed military service for male applicants
