Front Office Supervisor

What you will be doing:

•       Assist in leading the Front Office Team to deliver an incomparable service experience
•       Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively whilst providing operational support and supervision on shift
•       Provide a structured and consistent onboarding and training experience for Front Office team members
•       Ensure the Front Office team provides prompt and efficient service
•       Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments (housekeeping, reservations etc.)
•       Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

•       Similar experience in an international 5-star hotel
•       Previous Opera experience is an asset
•       Fluency in English & Turkish
•       Must possess a professional presentation
•       Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
•       Highly responsible & reliable
•       Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
•       Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
•       Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
